Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used games.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@queertivity.com with your order number and photos.

Shipping Issues
Once an order has shipped, delivery timelines are handled by the carrier. If a package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we will assist with next steps.
